Counseling

Short-term individual and group counseling for members with a referral from their primary clinical team. Counselor facilitated groups on topics such as Anger Management, Anxiety Management, Asserting Yourself, Building Self-Compassion, Increasing Self-Esteem, Life Goals, Managing Depression, Seeking Safety, Social Skills, Substance Abuse, Trauma Informed Care. Adult Family and Couples counseling is also available. Ask a S.T.A.R. staff member for help with the referral process.

Individual Counseling available by appointment Monday through Friday

STAR has a Sliding Fee Schedule for people without health insurance.
