Basic Needs Support
Hot meals, food and clothing closets, and hygiene items available at all centers.
Training & Certifications
Including CPR, Food Handler, and Peer Support Certification — open to members at no cost.
Counseling Services
Free counseling available to eligible members as part of their wellness journey.
Young Adult Program
Support tailored for members ages 18–29, building independence and connection.
Lif Skills & Groups
Daily groups that build coping skills, confidence, and community — from art to budgeting.
