Young Adult Program Group: Gourmet on a Budget Cooking Group
The Gourmet on a Budget cooking group helps young adults build practical life skills while supporting overall mental wellness. Participants will learn how to plan, prepare, and cook affordable meals, promoting independence, confidence, and healthy routines. Cooking in a group setting also encourages teamwork, communication, and stress reduction in a supportive and hands-on environment.

Young Adult Program Event: Dungeons & Dragons
The Dungeons & Dragons group uses collaborative role-playing to support social and emotional growth.
